Sabrina has been in the fitness industry for over 7 years now and still enjoys every aspect of her job from assisting people on the gym floor, to helping her clients achieve more than they thought possible. Sabrina herself started her fitness journey for weight loss purposes, fell in love with exercising and in the process lost more than 20kg. What is more significant for her than the number on the scale though are the positive changes she noticed, especially the calming effect exercise has for anyone with a busy lifestyle!
With a technique-focused approach, Sabrina has the view that quality of movement is key for all aspects of daily life, and that the gym is the perfect place to lay the foundation of a healthy and fulfilled life. What Sabrina enjoys most about her job is helping people to have fun with fitness, whilst achieving positive and sustainable change along the way.

Kate has always been extremely active playing many sports growing up. She loves the structure, discipline and rewards that come from putting yourself and your body first.
Kate specialises in group training, hypertrophy and changing body composition. She also has a special interest in Women's health and fitness, having studied towards her masters certificate. She inspires to empower women around resistance training, building confidence inside and outside of the gym, and creating positive healthy habits that translate to everyday life.

Helena’s love of fitness began at a young age through sport. This was re-ignited after she had her 3 children and began competing again in track and field as a masters athlete. She has since won a world title, and broken numerous national and oceania age grade records.
She is passionate about supporting people to move well, overcome barriers and achieve goals that they never thought possible. Through her journey from injuries and post-natal health battles she brings a high level of compassion and experience.
She has extensive knowledge in strength, speed and power training, along with developing better movement patterns, mobility and injury rehabilitation.
Outside the gym, she can be found sportside with her young family, coaching athletics, whipping up an epic cake in the kitchen or sewing her own clothes.

Since she was very young she watched her 3 older siblings playing hockey, always there supporting them on the sideline every game they played. Then she started hockey when she was 5 years old and ever since then she has enjoyed the game. When she was 11 and 12 she made the under 13’s hockey team for Hawkes Bay and then she moved on to playing for the under 15 for hawkes bay. In her last two years of highschool she made the under 18 team for hawkes bay and she and her team ended up coming 2nd in the New Zealand national under 18 tournament which was an amazing achievement of Amy’s.
She has had to overcome some barriers in her journey with sports but that has made her stronger and more willing to want to push to reach her goals. She’s excited to be part of the Eternal fitness family and can't wait to help people achieve their goals and push them to their full potential.

She played soccer for her high school team for three years before playing Division 1 in Wellington in the years following. Alexs passion for the gym however came at a much later age, after the birth of her first daughter. She joined a functional HIIT gym and instantly loved the community vibes and support that she received and has never looked back.
Alex has been a part of the fitness industry for almost 2 years, after successfully completing her studies at the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness in April 2022. Whilst also being
qualified as a personal trainer her true passion lies with group fitness. She loves combining her passion for exercise and
passion for working with/helping people in one place and prides herself on being able to create safe and positive environments for people to exercise within. Alex believes exercising is one of the most important things we can do for
ourselves, and although exercise comes with major physical benefits, that the emotional benefits, self-confidence and
mental wellbeing it can provide outweigh that.

He settled on basketball which he still plays till this day and his enjoyment of fitness, moving and sports, evolved into studying fitness and finally culminated in a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science

He’ll pump you up in every class and encourage you to hit that heavier weight if your form is on point. Talon is a big believer in community being just as important as the training, meaning he’ll do his best to make everyone feel comfortable and having fun in every session. While going through that journey and seeing what was possible when supported and given the skills to achieve each goal on the way led him to study Personal Training at NZIHF, where he has achieved his Level 4 certificate, he is working towards his Level 5.
he has continued to be passionate about Sport, in particular the NFL. he tries and watch as many games as possible during the season, and love to end up in long discussions about each game with anyone who's keen.
Being able to start helping other people achieve their goals, develop habits that can be maintained and build confidence continues to motivate him every day to always push for the next goal.
